The short version
CoachNow is a 1-on-1 video coaching tool, originally built for golf and tennis instructors, expanded across sports. CoAtch is a team coaching system for head coaches running a full program. Different categories.
What CoachNow is great at
- Private "spaces" between a coach and an individual player
- Video annotation - draw on video, voice-over feedback, side-by-side comparison
- Asynchronous coaching - player sends a clip, coach reviews and responds when free
- Multi-sport (originally golf and tennis, now soccer and others)
- Excellent fit for individual instructors and skill specialists

When to use which
CoachNow if your job is private skills coaching - you work with players one at a time, you give them video feedback, you build a long-term technical relationship with each player.
CoAtch if your job is running a team. You have a roster. You're picking lineups. You're planning practices for the whole squad. You're preparing for opponents. You're evaluating 18 players over a 6-month season.
The honest answer
Genuinely different jobs and genuinely different tools. A team head coach who also runs private skills sessions on the side could use both. But if you only need one, the choice is clear from your role.
