Tap In is CoAtch's built-in AI assistant. Paste or photograph any practice plan, roster, or schedule and Tap In reads it and builds the content inside CoAtch in under a minute. It's not AI that coaches for you - it's AI that keeps up with you.
No. Tap In imports your existing plans - the ones you've already written, found, or been given. It reads the content and structures it into CoAtch so you don't have to type it all out manually. Your coaching stays yours.
Yes. Each Tap In request (one message to the AI) counts as one use. Coach plans get 200 requests per month, Staff plans get 300, and trial accounts get 50. These limits reset monthly and are more than enough for most coaches.

You choose a plan - monthly, season (6 months), or annual. If it's not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.
The Coach plan is for individual head coaches. The Staff plan lets you invite up to 3 assistant coaches to collaborate on the same team - shared access to practices, lineups, match data, and the full season calendar.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing periods anytime from your account page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes - CoAtch is available on the App Store and Google Play. You can also install it directly from your browser on iPhone, Android, and desktop.
CoAtch syncs your data in real time across all your devices. You need an internet connection to sync, but cached content is available when you're offline so you can still pull up your practice plan or lineup at the field.
Yes. Plan your sessions on your laptop, pull up lineups on your phone at the field. Everything syncs automatically across every device.
PRIVACY & DATA
No. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or mine it for trends. Your rosters, sessions, and scouting notes belong to you.
Yes. You can delete your account from your account page. This permanently removes all your data - teams, players, practices, matches, everything. It also cancels any active subscription.
