Seven widgets on iPhone, seven complications on Apple Watch. Each carries one idea, and every one is free.
Steps. Today's count. The medium size shows the week.
Scores. One score in the small size, all four in the medium: Recovery, Readiness, Stress, and Sleep, each as a white number with its zone in the word.
Calendar. This month, one cell per day. Brighter is more steps; white met the goal.
Streak. Days in a row at your step goal.
Latest Activity. Your most recent workout, with its route when there is one.
On Pace. Today's steps so far against a usual day.
Full Strides Steps, lock screen. The count on your lock screen, with a ring in the circular size.
Steps. Today's count, with progress toward the goal on the circular and corner families.
Streak. The count over days.
Recovery and Stress. Both readings side by side in the rectangular slot.
Recovery, Readiness, Stress, Sleep. One score each.
Every widget is white on its theme's sky. Widgets follow the app's theme, and each widget can be set to its own. Two themes are free; supporting Full Strides unlocks the rest, including Dynamic, which heats from blue toward orange as the day's steps climb.
No rings on the iPhone widgets, no hourly charts, no legends, no stat grids. A widget shows one thing, so it can be read in the time it takes to raise the phone. Rings stay on the watch, where they are the native idiom.
Every widget and every complication is free. The one purchase in Full Strides sells color themes and nothing else.
